- Before final delivery, clients are encouraged to review drafts and provide feedback to ensure the final product aligns with their vision.
- Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within appropriate time after signing the contract.
- Refunds are considered only if the committed services are not delivered as per the agreed-upon scope or timelines.
- In case client change of mind after signing the contract Postgripweb has the freedom policy it would be consider if claimed within 24 business hours just call to Postgripweb representative and write an email for the further consideration.
- We also understand and value the clients request if refund claimed between 48 hours to 72 hours after signing the contract after deduction of 25% of paid amount will be consider refunded,
- If client’s claimed for refund after 72 hours to 98 hours 50% of paid amount will refunded to client to his/her pay back same account where the payment came from.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:- Services already delivered and approved by the client.
- Changes requested after final delivery unless covered under the agreed revision policy.
- Delays or issues arising from client-provided content, approvals, or responses.
- Partial Refunds
- In cases where only part of the project is affected, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the portion of work completed and delivered.
